So long as you contact the seller within 10 days of delivery, you may request a refund or exchange if you have received either an incorrect
or damaged item.
E-pattern orders are non-refundable. If you receive the wrong e-pattern, contact the seller and the correct e-pattern will be sent to you accordingly.
