Items purchased through Prim Folk are sent directly to the customer by their respective designer.

Sellers take utmost care in packaging items ordered by you and shipping them a timely manner. However, should a problem with an order ever arise, please contact the seller directly. The individual seller, not Prim Folk, handles customer complaints & returns.

Before placing your first order, I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with our ordering and sales policies. Two important things you should know:

Returns: Misshipped or damaged items are eligible for a refund/exchange for up to 10 days after you receive your order. E-patterns are non-refundable. If you receive the wrong e-pattern, contact the seller for a new one. Review our return policy for additional details and requirements. Any unsettled disputes may be submitted for mediation at: Resolution Center

Order Status: You may check the status of any order 24 hours a day by clicking on the "order status" link at any time. It is the fastest way of getting up-to-date information on which items have been sent, by whom and when.
