ABOUT ORDERING WITH US

Items purchased through Prim Folk are sent directly to the customer by their respective designer.

Sellers take utmost care in packaging items ordered by you and shipping them a timely manner. However, should a problem with an order ever arise, please contact the seller directly. The individual seller, not Prim Folk, handles customer returns.

Before placing your first order, I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with our ordering and sales policies. Two important things you should know:

Returns: If you were misshipped an item or received a damaged one, you may request a refund or exchange by contacting the seller directly within 10 days of receiving your order. Any unsettled disputes may be submitted for mediation at: Resolution Center

Order Status: You may check the status of any order 24 hours a day by clicking on the "order status" link at any time. It is the fastest way of getting up-to-date information on which items have been sent, by whom and when.

Credit Card Payments:
Your payment information is processed using a secure SSL server and kept private. For added protection, we do not store credit card information on our servers.

INVOICING & SHIPPING

Invoicing & Order Processing:
Invoices are generally processed within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING:
Important things you should know:
* Items are shipped by their respective designer
* Shipping is Free on all US orders


SHIP TIME:
Unless an alternate ship time is specified for an item, mailed paper patterns are generally ready for shipping 3-5 business days from the day your order was processed.

E-patterns are generally sent within 24 hours from the day your order was processed.

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for Kits and other finished items.

SHIPPING METHOD:
Mailed paper patterns are shipped via 1st class mail.

Kits & finished items are mailed USPS priority mail with delivery confrimation.

Books & other media are sent media mail or priority mail with delivery confirmation.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some products are custom made and require up to 2-3 weeks for production. Please check the availability of an item before placing it into your shopping cart.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Payments
We accept Visa, MC and Paypal payments for international orders.

International Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated separately and invoice totals adjusted manually for all international orders. Customers using Paypal at checkout will be sent an adjusted invoice for shipping costs prior to mailing of order.


RETURN POLICY

Items Eligible for Return:
So long as you contact the seller within 10 days of delivery, you may request a refund or exchange if you have received either an incorrect or damaged item.

E-pattern orders are non-refundable. If you receive the wrong e-pattern, contact the seller and the correct e-pattern will be sent to you accordingly.

RETURN REQUESTS:

1) All returns for refund, credit or exchange, must be sent to the seller.

2) A return (refund or exchange) request must be submitted within in 10 days of receiving your order.

3) Items must be returned in their original condition and shipping container.

In the event that an order issue or return request is not addressed to your satisfaction, you may file a claim dispute for our immediate attention and mediation at: Resolution Center
